JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-07-2015 For the same reason and rational given in the various orders annexed with the counter affidavit of the Bihar School Examination Board, the writ application of the petitioner is required to be dismissed. No direction is required to be issued upon the Bihar School Examination Board to grant any kind of certificate or markssheet under the circumstances already dealt with by various Benches of this Court. It is basically an effort to obtain some kind of a foothold after more than 25- 30 years of so-called participation in a training programme to get an opening as a teacher when such person's knowledge is worth nothing at this juncture. Writ is dismissed.
