2. Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that the petitioner may file a statutory Review Petition under Regulation 74 of the FCI (Staff) Regulations, 1971 which lies with the Executive Director, East Zone, FCI Zonal Office, Calcutta.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner has been given liberty to move before the reviewing authority within period of four weeks' and the review authority is directed to consider the review petition of the petitioner on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudice of the present
