It appears that learned counsel for the petitioner was not present on earlier occasions also, i.e., 25.07.2011 and 26.07.2011, due to which, this case was dismissed for want of prosecution. However, subsequently, the same was restored vide order dated 24.06.2015 passed in M.J.C. No.1836/2012. Yet again, none has appeared to press this application on behalf of the petitioner.

As a result, this writ application is again dismissed for want of prosecution.
