JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-07-2015 The reason for non-grant of the final degree and markssheet is now evident from the affidavit filed on behalf of the University. Whatever be the manner in which the petitioner has succeeded in sitting for the examination for a session related to the year 1991-94, if what now transpires that University seems to have been hoodwinked because the college in question was never affiliated with B.N.Mandal University. If this is so then the University has no obligation to students of an institution, which was never given recognition. The college where the petitioner pursued his study was privately managed by a managing committee. The answer best can be given by the managing committee to the petitioner. This Court will not give any direction to the University to

What sense it makes if the petitioner after more than a decade and half suddenly wakes up and filed the writ application looking for award of final degree. Why he allowed the time to pass by for such a long time is obvious now.

Writ is dismissed.
