ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 31.10.2005 passed by the A.D.J., Fast Track Court No.5, Bhabhua, Kaimur in Criminal Revision No.96 of 1987, by which he has allowed the Criminal Revision as also the order dated 30.1.1987 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Bhabhua in Case No.124M of 1977, by which he has declared possession of the private Opposite Parties under Section 145 Cr.P.C.
Since such provisions are for emergent purposes only, I find no reason for interference at this late stage. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
