Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence the Office has registered the same writ application twice and has allotted two separate writ numbers inasmuch earlier C.W.J.C. No. 7238 of 2020 was allotted and subsequently C.W.J.C. No. 10240 of 2020 has been allotted i.e. present writ petition. Learned counsel further submits that in the earlier writ petition C.W.J.C. No. 7238 of 2020 notices were issued by this Court for filing counter affidavit by the respondents. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
