Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.535 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation against the petitioner is of abusing and threatening the informant on account of non-payment of work done by the petitioner.
It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case because his father had filed complaint against informant before grievance redressal Cell, Gopalganj, in the court below. He has no criminal antecedent.
