====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard Sri Anand Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Piyush Lal, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 4/ Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority.
In the present writ petition the petitioner has made a prayer for directing the respondents to appoint him on the post of Consultant Technical.
It is not in dispute that such appointment as per
Patna High Court CWJC No.11484 of 2011 (6) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 advertisement was contractual appointment for specific period. Meaning thereby, that after expiry of the period of appointment on contractual basis, there is no reason to pass any positive order in the present writ petition.
The writ petition was filed in the year 2011 itself and as such, the court is of the opinion that no positive order can be passed.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
