ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 26.11.2005 passed by the Principal Family Judge, Bettiah in Trial No.173 of 2005 arising out of Maintenance case No.12M of 1998, by which he has directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 and her daughter till she attains majority or marriage is performed whichever is earlier.

It has been submitted that now the daughter is married and, therefore, there is no justification for granting her maintenance. The Petitioner is directed to approach the Court below for modification in terms of Section 127 Cr.P.C. The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
