ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 20.2.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Vth, Begusarai in Criminal Appeal No.5 of 1992/14 of 2005m by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner and maintained the sentence under the Arms Act passed by judgment dated 12.3.1992 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai in G.R. No.2520 of 1982 (Trial No.22 of 1992).

On going through the impugned judgment, I am unable to discern any irregularity in the same.

However considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.346 of 2006 dt.28-09-2015 2/2 With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
