ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 16.1.2006 passed by the Sessions Judge, Madhepura, in Cr. Appeal No. 20 of 2004.
On going through the Appellate Court's Judgment, I am unable to find any irregularity and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
However, considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.
