ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.1.2006 by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, in G.R. No. 997 of 1992, Tr. No. 751 of 2006, directed it to compensate the Opposite Party No. 2 and pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-. Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any reason for interference.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
