1. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"i) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 21.10.2011 passed in Appeal Case No. 8501/2010 passed by Shri Yogendra Paswan, Member, District Teacher Selection Appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.17708 of 2015(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 Tribunal, District - Khagaria whereby and where under appeal filed by these petitioners has been dismissed and private respondent no. 10 & 11 has been directed to continue in their service.

(ii) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to make selection for the post of primary teachers to the petitioners as per their higher marks then the private respondent no. 10 & 11 as well as on the basis of earlier selection which was approved by the District Authority concern.

( ) For issuance of any appropriate iii writ or writs, rule or directions as your lordships may deem found fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as for which the petitioners may be found entitled thereto."
