The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P. S. Case No. 158 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that for the alleged occurrence of offence which took place on 11.10.2017, FIR was lodged on 21.10.2017 and the injuries sustained were all simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
