The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 25.4.2005 passed by the VIIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Criminal Appeal No.l9 of 2002 by which he has affirmed the order dated 24.1.2002 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West), in connection with G.R. No. 684 of 1993/ T.R. No. 21 of 2002 arising out of Karja P.S. Case No. 54 of 1993. Having considered the judgment of conviction, I do not find any perversity and, hence, the application stands dismissed. However, from the date of occurrence, the period of sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioners. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
