For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Bipin Kumar @ Deo For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ga9- Anil Kumar Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 The petitioner had already moved this Court in C.W.J.C.No. 19502 of 2012 and had also filed LPA no. 418 of 2013 against order passed in the writ petition. Said LPA was disposed of on 9.4.2013. The petitioner has also filed MJC which is pending before a Division bench, as submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner has now filed the instant writ petition. In my view, the writ petition is not maintainable as the issues have already been settled in LPA.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18746 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 In that view of the matter, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
