2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court by order dated 25-09-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66329 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier in the main bail petition, i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 66329 of 2024, inadvertently, it had wrongly been mentioned that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of nine cases and that is why, considering nine antecedents of the petitioner, his prayer for bail was rejected but actually, the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of four cases.

4. The present bail petition stands disposed of with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25904 of 2025(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 observation that if, so advised, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
