This writ application has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) (Respondent No.2) to conduct inquiry of Gair Majarua Malik land which has been purchased by Respondent Nos. 7 , 8 and 9 from Respondent No. 6 without any documents and evidence situated at Khata No. 137, Plot No. 105 and 106, Mauza Awari, P.S. Mohania,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6344 of 2023(3) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 District- Kaimur, vide Annexure-3 to the writ application.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) (Respondent No.2) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from today.

4. In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) (Respondent No.2) shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a further period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

5. The writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
