1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge by an order dated 05.03.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13299 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 18.03.2025 (Annexure-P/3).
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that if the petitioner is released on bail, he may abscond, on which the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27005 of 2025(2) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the trial to establish his innocence.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022.
6. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely Jhur Ansari @ Zubar Ansari.
7. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release, is trying to delay the trial in any manner in that event, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons.
