2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of bank robbery wherein seven to eight persons came with covered faces and looted 19,48,000/-.

4. This is a second time petitioner praying for a regular bail before this Court. The earlier prayer of the petitioner for regular is rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35299 of 2024. Petitioner has got 20 criminal antecedents. All offences are of same nature.

5. There is no new ground for considering his prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25135 of 2025(2) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 for regular bail. Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and may consider his prayer for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudice of this order.
