2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 470 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the informant. She is alleged to have poured hot water upon the informant causing burn injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27577 of 2025(4) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-15th, Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.
