JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.139 (C) of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 387, 427, 467, 504, 34 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is for demand of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) as ransom and it further appears that petitioner is an accused in eight other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that out of eight cases, six cases have been lodged by the informant and there is a land dispute between the parties. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail on the basis of materials available on record, without being prejudiced by order of this Court.
