JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Patanjali Rishi, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Sadanand Paswan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for SC/ST Act, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. He submits that in this case, some of the accused, against whom there was allegation of assault, have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for disposal of the present petition is allowed. The petition stands disposed of with observation that if within six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for grant of bail, the learned
