JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-11-2015 Stand is taken by the petitioner in the rejoinder application, filed today that there are candidates with 90 marks and date of birth after the birth of the petitioner i.e. 2.1.1994, who have been appointed on the post of constable in her category. Petitioner is still in the process of obtaining details and in absence thereof, specifics could not be provided in the present affidavit.
If the petitioner has foolproof evidence in this regard, she has freedom to appear before the Secretary of Selection Board with a copy of this order, who has a duty to verify as well as satisfy the petitioner that nobody younger than the petitioner has been appointed with 90 marks in her category.The last candidate who has been appointed in her category has
