Learned counsel for the State points out with reference to the averments made in the counter affidavit as well as the supplementary counter affidavit that opportunities were granted to all the persons including the petitioner to appear before the Committee for consideration of their cases for regularization but they did not appear Be that as it may, since nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner, the application is dismissed for non prosecution.
