JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 19-08-2025 We find from the records that a letter dated 02.08.2025 has been sent by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga to this Court, wherein it has been mentioned that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely, Anil Sah alias Nanhe Sah, has died on 27.08.2018 and, in support thereof, the death certificate dated 13.08.2018, issued by the Directorate of Economics and Statistics (Department of Planning and Development), Government of Bihar, Patna has been annexed.

2. We do not find any reason to doubt the aforesaid factum of death of the sole appellant, hence the aforesaid appeal, bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No.53 of 1996, stands abated.
