2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has arisen for the purpose of measurement. The measurement of his land was done vide Measurement Case No.2 of 2013-14 by the Circle Officer, Jandaha, but the land has not been provided to him.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it transpires to this Court that it is a

Patna High Court CWJC No.19093 of 2015(3) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 case of taking possession and special law has been framed i.e., Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009. As such, this writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail remedy by way of filing application before the D.C.L.R., Vaishali at Hajipur, who upon filing application shall pass speaking order and comply the same within three months after hearing all the concerned.
