Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 216 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is recovery of only one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 27.12.2018.
