The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of acquittal dated 15.2.2006 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda), in Sessions Trial No. 84 of 2001 arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 116 of 2000.
Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
