Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of facts disclosed in the counter affidavit, particularly; Annexure - „13‟, this petition may be disposed of with an indication that in view of exoneration of the petitioner from the departmental proceeding, vide Annexure -„13‟, the respondents may consider to grant consequential benefits.
