The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 611 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 354(b), 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Injuries are found simple in nature. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46798 of 2017 (2) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 611 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
