JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 An office order vide NITP/4126/15 dated 5.10.2015 has been produced by the NIT, Patna which shows that petitioner has been paid interest of delayed payment of gratuity of Rs. 3,50,000/-for the period 1.11.2006 to 13.12.2009 and Rs. 5,58,309/- for the period 22.10.2009 to 1.8.2010. In such view of the matter, present application does not require for further consideration. Accordingly the same is dismissed.

If the petitioner is dissatisfied, he may take legal recourse before the appropriate forum.

Learned counsel for the NIT, Patna submits that interest amount has been credited to the account of the petitioner and

Patna High Court MJC No.4857 of 2010 (10) dt.12-10-2015 if already payment has not been made, the NIT, Patna will credit the amount of interest as aforesaid within four weeks from today.
