This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner who apprehends his arrest in Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 376 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected but the petitioner again filed this petition on the ground that the case has been compromised.

It appears that the victim made specific allegation that the petitioner solemnized marriage with mother of the victim and thereafter, the petitioner and her mother sold her to Arjun Rai, Niraj Sinha and Bullu Rai who sexually exploited her.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35932 of 2017 (2) dt.30-08-2017 Considering the facts aforesaid I find that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is once again rejected.
