2. This application has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of S.Tr. No. 364 of 1994 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 119 of 1987 registered for the offence under Sections 367, 344, 380, 376, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the present application has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings but it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he will be satisfied if the sessions trial be disposed of as the same is pending since 1994.

4. In view of the above, the Sessions Judge concerned where the Sessions Trial No. 364 of 1994 is pending is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest by holding day to day trial.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
