2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 20(b)/22 of the NDPS Act registered in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 43/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation is against the petitioner's father Rampukar Singh, from whose aangan the incriminating articles have been seized. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the seizure of ganja exceeding small quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
