The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.151 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation three persons have picked up the victim and assaulted him mercilessly and caused injury on the body of the victim. The police has admitted him in the hospital. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on the same day on its
