The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 387 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

252 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the farm of co-accused Awadhesh Mahto.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the farm of co-accused and petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
