2. The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 17.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73450 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for in prayer portion of the present modification application that "it is, therefore, prayed that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to modify and/or clarify the Order dated 17.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73450 of 2025 to the extent that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26789 of 2026(2) dt.17-04-2026 2/2 observation made at Page No. 4, Line No. 10 regarding purchase of the auctioned property be corrected by recording that the Petitioner herself had purchased the said property by paying the consideration amount of Rs. 46,16,000/- (Rupees Forty-Six Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Only) to the Bank vide Registered Sale Deed No. 7767 dated 15.06.2024, in place of the observation that the husband of the Petitioner had purchased the said property."
4. There is no need to modify the order 17.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73450 of 2025.
5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
