The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that it would appear from Annxure-2 that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36488 of 2017 (4) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
