Mr. Ram Anurag Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case no. 86 of 2014, registered under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On exchange and allotment of the property to the informant his name was mutated over the same but his nephew, namely, Gyandeo Jha in connivance of the C.I. and other employees of the Circle Office tampered with the record and got his name struck off.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner is

The record in question has placed to him on 08.06.2013 and after making the proper note he had forwarded it to the C.I. Rajesh Ranjan and the C.I. was the decision taking authority, who had struck off the name of the petitioner. The said C.I. has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned lower Court. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
