2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanhauli P. S. Case No. 111/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner caught informant and thereafter, assaulted nephew of the informant by means of lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25526 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of injury and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.
