Patna High Court MJC No.6188 of 2012 dt.29-03-2017 2/2 has to take recourse to the remedy of getting the order passed by the State of Bihar executed through the authorities at Jharkhand, who are now responsible to implement the order passed on 31.12.2012. The petitioner is granted liberty to initiate proceedings before a Court of competent jurisdiction for getting the order dated 31.12.2012 (Annexure-B) executed or implemented in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
