The petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No. 253 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded pistol, mobile phone and motorcycle have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.07.2020. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody and clean
