The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment and order dated 10.3.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No. 2, Madhepura, in Cr. Appeal No. 44 of 2003 by which he has affirmed the order of conviction dated 29.8.2003 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in G.R. Case No. 432 of 1996, Trial No. 2153 of Considering the impugned orders, I do not find any reason for interference.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
