ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 2.5.2006 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Cr. Appeal No. 21 of 2006 by which he has affirmed the order of conviction dated 7.3.2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in G.R. No. 557(A) of 2005/Trial No. 432 of 2006. Considering the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
