JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dihri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner could not deposit the document relating to appointment of Panchayat Teachers in time as he could not take proper charge of the documents from the earlier Panchayat Secretary and now he has already submitted the relevant documents before the Block Education Officer, Dihri, which is evident from Annexure -3. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that petitioner has now submitted the documents related to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.938 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 appointment of Panchayat Teacher to Block Education Officear, Dihri, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Dihri-on-Sone in connection with Dihri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. It is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and make himself available as and when required by the police.
