2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 instituted under Sections 376, 420, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 22.03.2024 by the informant, Nanki Devi.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that processes have already been issued in this case against the petitioner on 20.06.2025. The certified copy of the Court of learned A.C.J.C.M-IX, Bhagalpur has been provided to support the contention.

4. Considering the aforesaid development that has taken place, in that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.
