This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 120B, 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of defalcation of public money is against co-accused, Vijay Choudhary. The allegation against the petitioner is of collusion.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had no role, at all, in the matter of expenditure of public money.

Considering the fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with C.R. No. 81 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
