The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019, dated 19.01.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his implication in this case is only on the basis of confession of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26942 of 2020(2) dt.19-10-2020 2/2 an arrested accused person. Nothing specific has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2020 and claims to be a person of clean antecedents.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner/Amarjit Singh @ Kaju, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
