2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 112 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant and his family members, as a result of which, informant sustained grievous injury.

4. Having considered the nature of the accusation and the nature of injury allegedly caused by this petitioner, this Court is
